Feed production
The farm is dedicated to producing milk for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese. It adopts product and process innovations to guarantee high-quality food and ensure the well-being of its livestock. The farm also produces forage for its animals and cereals for the market, employing techniques with a low environmental impact.

Risaia del Duca is committed to adopting circular economy principles as the foundation of its operations. We implement processes for managing agro-livestock by-products to recover soil nutrients and generate renewable energy.

Research and education
Risaia del Duca promotes innovation and research through collaborations with Italian and international institutions and universities. It also organises specialised training courses to prepare future entrepreneurs in the primary sector.
